Operation guidance:
1. Prior to usage,it is recommended crude oil temperature be kept at between 60°- 80°C,and salt water with a concentration of 5%,temperature between 90°-100°C,amount 1.5%-2% that of the crude oil weight. At first,blend the mixture evenly for 2-5 min,and leave it to settle for 5 min. Second,initiate the centrifugal oil filter,add the crude oil. The oil filter,after powered on for 2 min,will disconnect spontaneously. Wait till the filter stops,finished oil will discharge automatically. Note that at first trial the filter might not perform to its peak due to lower tempera-ture,as it will be consummated when temperature is maintained.
2. After the filtration the finished oil should look clear and lucid,if otherwise it suggests either an excess or inade-quacy of the salt water added. If in excess,moisture content will exceed tolerance that the oil looks turbid,less water should be added next; as for the latter case,when there is not adequate water,the phospholipids matters in the oil can not be fully removed so that there will be deposits,consider increasing your water input.
Machine Disassembly:
To dismantle the bearings,remove the cap,oil distributor tray,rator drum by order (note: the fixture screw hole of the rotor drum shall not be displaced with the lower hole),then the damper connecting screw,the stainless steel frame and the motor to be placed upside down on the ground,rid the V blet,use a wheel plugger to take off the belt wheel on the main shaft,then the snap rings underneath it,use a hammer to strike down on the main shaft,the contact position padded with a wood plank with a thickness 2-5cm to avoid shaft damage. After the main shaft dettached,the belt wheel bearing is left on the machine frame. Invert the frame and pad the base for 5-10cm,beat down the bearing. Should the rotor bearing remains on the frame,strike it towards the opposite direction to remove it. Whereas if it is stuck on the shaft,use two crowbars to pry it,if not smooth you can beat it with a ha-mmer to help. If the bearings run on shortage of oil with the absence of big noise,you can clean it with diesel or gasoline,and lub it with premium quality oil,and put it back in the reverse order aforementioned. If it is with big noise,you need to change for new bearings,50# 6212 two sets,60# 6212 two sets.
Machine Operation:
1 preparations before operating
1.1 12kg of lubricant needs to be filled into the gearbox.
1.2 After installing the machine, check whether lubricant has been filled in, bolts have been tightened, and handles are operable.
1.3 Check large pulley whether it is loose or blocked, repair it if necessary.
1.4 Adjust the tightness of the belt, switch on the motor and check its rotation direction.
1.5 Loosen the lock nut and tighten the screw to its end, then loose it for3-4circles and then tighten it again for half circle to assure the gap of the residue cake outlet.
2 Operating
2.1 Feeding must be steady and slow at the beginning to avoid blocking
2.2 In the case no cake is extrude outward,return back the screw for 1-2circle .If there is still no cake is observed,machine needs to be shut down and checked ,However, in any case, operating the machine backward is absolutely prohibited normally ,cake looks like tile but not sticky ;thickness is 1-2mm ,inner side is smooth ,out side creases and no oil the surface is allowed.
Cake thickness adjustment: Rotating the adjusting handle clockwise will make the cake thicker, otherwise will make it thinner. Each circle of adjustment (by adjustment bolt left hand T 165x6)will change the thickness 0.4-0.5mm.
2.3 When machine is operating, oil extruding and residue outlet need be checked
Frequently .Normally, most of oil will flow outward from square rods and several front round plates. Broken cake residue indicates the material is too dry; steam emerging from the cake residue indicates that it is too wet; In any case, water content in the raw material must be adjusted from time to time.
Slag slice emerging indicates too much water content and power-like slag low water content .Loose round plates will cause too much slag flowing outwards. However, adequate water content will cause slag flowing outwards from square rods; little slag from round plates is allowed. In a word, water content affects oil output rate, it needs adjusting properly.
3 stopping
3.1 Repeatedly move screw forwards and backwards for several times and let all material resided in the chamber goes out and adjust the cake to the possible thinnest, then stop the machine.
3.2 When machine stops caused by any accident, power supply must be shut down first, then rotate large pulley manually backwards, let the material return out. Then pull out the shaft and clean it. In the case the shaft could not be pulled out, remove the upper case and loose lock nut, separate round plates and clean them one by one.

1 During operating, hands or metal rods are strictly prohibited to enter the hopper to touch cakes.
2 Tightening the screw shaft to its dead end is prohibited before starting or during operating, which might cause slag outlet to contact cake outlet ring, resulting in wearing.
In the case of storage, oil dirt on machines surface and slags on each part need to be taken off.
Paint rust-resisting grease and keep in dry place.
Case needs to be covered to prevent dirty foreign particles from entering.
