1.After installing the expeller, fill the lubricating oil according to the regulations, check whether the parts are fastened, and whether the operation handle and insert plate are flexible.
2.Move the big triangle belt wheel by hand to make the machine rotate, check whether the moving parts are normal, whether there is any foreign matter stuck in the press chamber, if not normal, it should be excluded.
3.Check and adjust the tightness of the belt.
4.loosen the anti-loosening nut, according to the direction of the arrow pointed to trigger the handle, so that the slag slightly head and cake ring contact, and then return 3-4 turns, and then forward half a circle, to ensure that the slag slightly head and the gap between the cake ring.
5.Start the motor, the direction of rotation of the big triangle belt wheel should be consistent with the direction of the mark (arrow). Carry out the empty running test of the oil press, generally running for about half an hour. During the operation, you should pay attention to the sound and temperature of the oil press, if you find any abnormal phenomenon, you should stop the machine to check and eliminate.
